Hyperdub / YCO
aya is one of the most intriguing producers of recent times. Her music is magnetic and investigates the transfigurative power of experience and memory on the body with an anxious and exploratory personality, while deconstructing the British dependence on breaks and bass music.
She is philanthropically active in the self-proclaimed role of First Lady of the Bootleg, has a monthly residency on NTS Radio for more than four years and co-runs the YCO (Yes Come On) label alongside BFTT. Under his previous moniker, LOFT, he has released on labels such as 2BReal, Tri Angle Records, Astral Plane Recordings and Wisdom Teeth, while in 2020 an EP in collaboration with Air Max ’97 under the name A2A was released on Local Action.
The following year her highly anticipated first album on Hyperdub, “im hole” was released. An extremely open and personal disc, which among the hums of abstract electronics challenges the tendency of queer art to veer towards repetitive solipsism, fragmenting familiar sounds and words, confusing stories and phonetics, sipping dubstep with microtonal drones.

BREAKA (UK)
Breaka Recordings / Holding Hands
London-based producer and DJ Charlie Baker took on the alias Breaka after endless hours spent in front of sound systems at dub events. The trademarks of his productions are prominent basslines and breakbeat and garage rhythms, enhanced by his upbringing as a drummer in a house dominated by jazz and funk.
Breaka was launched to the public with the release of the double single “Rory’s Theme / Puffer Jackets” on Holding Hands Records in 2018, immediately gaining widespread support from many other DJs. He has since released multiple EPs and a string of remixes, including Interplanetary Criminal’s “Sensational” and Kelly Lee Owens’ “Re-wild.” In early 2022 he released his eagerly awaited first LP on his own Breaka Recordings, fusing his wide range of musical references with hints of trance, footwork and UK funky.
He is also the co-founder of Stretchy Dance Supply, famous not only for its guest DJs, but also for shaking up the mold of clubbing with its unexpected moments of compelled audiences to participate in… aerobic routines.

Kasei P is dedicated to sonic research in its most philosophical aspect, his productions focus on the diversity of sounds and on personal freedom of expression. A highly personal sound, which blurs the boundaries between genres and is inspired by footwork, electro and avant jazz.
