Queen of Saba returns to where it all began to present Medusa, their latest studio work. An evolution of the Venetian duo’s path, but which maintains the usual intent: to break every limit. A release party also colored by the presence of the Isteria Collettivo drag show and the Ménage a Trash DJ set.

Aliens in a world that pushes towards binarism, Queen Of Saba present themselves with colorful impetuosity to dismantle gender dogmas and explore the infinite nuances of music. Electronic duo with an analogue soul composed of Sara Santi and Lorenzo Battistel, they feed on neo soul, alternative rnb, disco pop, hip hop and classical influences. After making their live debut in 2019 and releasing five singles in English, in 2021 they released their first album in Italian, “Fatamorgana”, followed by a tour of over thirty dates across the peninsula.
In 2023 they continue to release music and return to tour ahead of their second studio effort, “Medusa”, out October 13th and featuring collaborations with Ganoona, BigMama and Willie Peyote. A new musical adventure in the name of evolution, but which maintains the same clear principles as always: limits are made to be overcome.

MÉNAGE A TRASH
Born from an eventful queer evening, three young Roller Derby companions join together in a Ménage a Trash. For six years this trio has been bringing its trashy disco DJ show to the stages of festivals, parties, community centers or fighting in the streets. Psychederica with a scary style and textbook mixes, Selecta Six19 who always brings out the right piece and MC Jay, vocalist with a multifaceted soul who accompanies you in crazy dances and dance competitions. Transfeminists, anti-fascists, transformists, they set all the tracks on fire.
