Entry to Argo16 is reserved for ACSI members.
ACSI membership card costs €5 and is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
You can pre-register for membership here.
The only required informations are:
- First name
- Last name
- Place and date of birth
Other fields are not mandatory.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email, don’t worry — it’s normal.
At the entrance of Argo16, you will find two lines:
- The left line is for those who already have a valid ACSI card (issued less than 12 months ago).
- The right line is for those who need to register, complete pre-registration, or renew an expired ACSI card (issued more than 12 months ago).
If you’ve been to Argo16 before, check your card’s expiration date to avoid waiting in the wrong line unnecessarily!
If it’s your first time at Argo16, arrive early, as you’ll need to go through both lines.
When you reach the entrance, make sure you always have your Ticket Tailor QR code, ID document, and ACSI card ready, to help keep the line moving smoothly.
Argo16 does not accept card payments (POS), so please come prepared accordingly.
