Indian Wells possesses the special talent of knowing how to strike the right chords in the listener’s soul with a very personal blend of IDM, ambient and club music. With his first LP “Night Drops” (2012) and with his sequel “Pause” (2015), both released for Bad Panda, he begins to establish himself as one of the most interesting Italian electronic artists for the engaging atmospheric and reflective qualities of the cite productions.
“Where The World Ends”, the third album, released in 2017 by the Los Angeles label Friends Of Friends, is his consecration: his definitive emotional and pulsating techno earned him a warm approval from the most important newspapers in the sector internationally and starts playing everywhere in Europe. He was followed by two EPs: “Phase Transitions”, published in 2018 also by Friends Of Friends “, and” New Ruins “(2020) which sees him debut on Mesh, the Max Cooper label.
This summer, his eagerly awaited fourth album, “No One Really Listens To Oscillators” was released, which explores the concept of “unfinished”, both in relation to oneself and to art and the surrounding environment. The intense sound carpets that Indian Wells has accustomed us to become even more mystical and engaging, marrying perfectly with the decisive and riding acoustic drums that also accompany his new, live magnetic ones.
