Formation composed of Michele Polga, who stands out for his great interpretative sensitivity on the saxophone, Luca Bulgarelli, master of pulsation and creator of solid double bass grooves, and Nicola Angelucci, whose experience and creativity enrich the trio’s music with unique colors and nuances .
The absence of the harmonic instrument greatly expands the musical freedom of the individual instruments, allowing greater interaction between the musicians. This choice leads to an attentive and empathic mutual listening, reflected in the great cohesion of the group.
The trio’s repertoire consists of original and traditional jazz pieces, revisited in a personal key and interpreted with skill and sensitivity. Their music moves easily between improvisations and different musical influences, from bebop to free jazz.
